Our Story

Heritage Ground Properties was founded in 2026 to fix a simple problem: buying, selling, and listing property in Nigeria is too often built on trust that isn't backed by anything. Fake titles, duplicate plots, and unverified sellers cost families their savings every year.

We started in Kogi State because it's home — and because Kogi's growing towns (Lokoja, Okene, Anyigba, Idah, Ankpa and beyond) deserve the same standard of property dealing available in Lagos or Abuja. We buy and sell land, houses, and commercial buildings directly, and we let other owners and agents list their own properties too — every single one reviewed by our team before it reaches a buyer.
